Roasted Chickpeas
The following is the recipe that inspired my Moroccan Spice Mix, though it sees more action in the veggies chapter of the cookbook.
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- 1 T olive oil
- ¼ - ½ tsp. Moroccan Spice Mix
- ¼ tsp. kosher salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Rinse and dry chickpeas.
- Toss with other ingredients.
- Roast in one layer on a cookie sheet for 40 minutes.
